First of all,welcome new users!Tekkit looks like a pretty hard modpack to learn of,but you'll be learning it quickly if you're into it.
IMPORTANT NOTE:NEI(Not Enough Items) can be used to have a look at the item craftings.Right clicking will show how is it as an ingredient,and left clicking will show how to craft it.To use it,simply click E,and write the item name at the search bar below your inventory.Example,if you write Red Matter,it should show a burning orb-ish thing.Try right and left clicking it.
First of all,condensers.They're used to 'transmute' items into others,in example,if you put a stack of dirt at the bottom slots and an obsidian at the top slot,it should create one obsidian. EMC(Energy-Matter Currency) shows how much are the items worth,which are like a currency.
If you don't want to craft it on your own,just head /warp market.
Second one,collectors.They're an essential at the factories,especially red matter(used to make pretty powerful tools and armor,although red matter hammer and sledges are banned.).If you put a collector next to a condenser,it'll save up EMC to create the item at the top slot.They're used to mass create the items required,to stock the factories.
NOTE:Using relays next to condensers will increase the capacity of collectors.
General Information About Machinery:
Most of the IC2 machines(such as solar panels,generators etc.) require a wrench to be removed.Otherwise,they drop something else,like a machine block when you break a generator.
NOTE:Mass fabricators require electric wrenches in lossless mode,you can set it by doing M+Right Click.Electric wrenches also have a risk of %20 to drop something else when removed with.
LV-MV-HV and EV(known as nuclear energy) are types of energy.LV isn't that dangerous,but MV can blow up tier 1 machines,like generators.HV will blow up most of your machines.EV is likely to blow up ALL of your machines,except of mass fabricators.
Batboxes can take LV energy.MFE's can take LV-MV energy.MFSU's can take all kinds of energies except of EV.
Mass fabricators are used to make many different items that are rare,unobtainable or useful,such as mycelium,grass blocks,stationary water/lava etc. The list goes on. They require one million EU to create a UU-Matter,which it can be decreased into 166.666 via scrap,which is generated by recyclers.This makes mass fabricators a good alternative to the collector/condenser one.
In the list of the mass fabricator item generation,glowstone has the highest EMC value.
